Sports Massage
Scientific Manipulation of the soft tissues of the body for injury prevention and therapeutic purposes involving the restoration to normal functional activity of the various structures of the body.
Pre and Post Event Massage can be carried out for all your competition needs.

Deep Tissue Massage
I will work with you to help realign the deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Sports therapists use deep tissue techniques. This massage is extremely useful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, lower back tension or sore shoulders.

Myofascial Cupping
This is a  modified version of the ancient Eastern style Cupping. It differs by specifically targeting the Musculo-Skeletal system rather than the meridian systems used by traditional Chinese practitioners.
It also uses plastic cups and vacuum suction rather than glass cups and a naked flame to create suction.
A hand operated vacuum pump is used to induce a vacuum inside a cylinder sealed to the skin by the use of oil or wax. The vacuum “draws” the soft tissue perpendicular to the skin providing a tensile force to the soft tissue system, which can be left on one site for a prolonged period or moved along the tissue.

Swedish Massage
A very relaxing and invigorating massage using traditional Swedish techniques. It aids relaxation but it is exceptionally beneficial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, decreasing muscle toxins, improving circulation and flexibility whilst easing muscular spasm and tension.

Onsite/ Seated Massage
Ideal for office workers, pregnant ladies (over first trimester of pregnancy), the elderly or anyone who has difficulty lying on a massage couch.

This treatment can be performed with the client fully clothed or with direct skin contact.

The treatment works on the neck, shoulders, upper arms and back. Seated massage is excellent for relieving stress and tension as well as encouraging knotted or highly tense muscles to loosen.
